Responsibilities

• Own Financial Operations: Manage accounts payable and ensure invoices are processed and paid on time; Support monthly accounting tasks and coordinate with external accountants; Track expenses, receipts and financial documentation across teams.
• Support People & Office Processes: Assist with onboarding, contract administration and HR documentation; Coordinate time-tracking, leave requests and payroll-related inputs; Help maintain a well-run office environment and support local team needs.
• Keep Things Organized & Compliant: Maintain accurate records and structured workflows; Ensure financial and HR data is handled securely and consistently; Contribute to improving internal processes and operational clarity.
