25hours Hotel Wien seeks an experienced F&B leader to manage day-to-day operations across all outlets, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will lead teams, recruit and train staff, and ensure strict HACCP compliance while optimizing workflows and costs.

Fluent German and English are required. The role welcomes candidates from non-traditional backgrounds and offers development opportunities within a vibrant, culture-forward hospitality group.

Formación

• Leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally upscale hospitality.
• Calm, composed under pressure; capable of staff scheduling and problem solving.
• Hands-on mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Passion for great food and drinks and willingness to shape F&B/events.
• Willingness to mentor and train teams and apprentices.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems and hotel management software.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

What your workday looks like …

• You are hands-on and actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our F&B outlets, taking full responsibility for the overall management and financial performance of all Food & Beverage departments. In this role, you act as the key point of contact between guests, team members, department heads, and senior management
• You keep a close eye on food and beverage costs, labour costs, and operating expenses, implementing targeted measures to drive revenue growth. You also actively contribute to the budgeting process
• You lead and develop your teams and apprentices with passion and commitment. From recruitment and performance feedback meetings to training and development, you create the conditions for individual growth, motivation, and long-term team success
• You ensure consistently high product and service quality, keeping guest satisfaction at the forefront while ensuring strict compliance with operational standards and all relevant regulations, particularly HACCP requirements
• You analyse and optimise operational workflows, continuously develop existing standards, and create and update SOPs, manuals, and work instructions. In doing so, you establish clear structures, efficient processes, and consistently high service standards across all F&B outlets

Qualifications

• You have several years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within the upscale hospitality sector
• You inspire both your team and your guests, remaining calm and composed even in high-pressure situations. You are experienced in staff scheduling, have a solution-oriented mindset, and find pragmatic solutions even when unexpected staffing shortages arise
• You have a genuine hands-on mentality, stay closely involved in day-to-day operations, and are always ready to step in when needed. At the same time, you recognise opportunities for improvement and think ahead
• You are passionate about great food and drinks, enjoy discovering new F&B concepts, and are eager to actively shape and develop our F&B and events operations
• You are open to candidates from non-traditional career backgrounds and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Through practical on-the-job training, you teach your team the essential service fundamentals and quality standards
• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• You are tech-savvy and confident using POS systems, hotel management software, and the standard digital tools used in day-to-day hotel operations
• You are a doer – and you are honest enough to admit when you have made a mistake
• You bring more than just your skills to the table – you bring your personality, too

The gross monthly salary is€ 3.800,00with market-competitive overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
