With more than 500 customers in roughly 150 countries and over 45,000 workstations already in use, our teams develop hardware, software and third‑party components that power critical infrastructure worldwide.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our team in the areas of technical writing and development of technical training courses. After several months of on‑the‑job training, and depending on individual development, there is an opportunity to progress into the role of technical trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of standards‑compliant technical content (e.g. maintenance and user manuals) for our safety‑critical products, serving as the foundation for high‑quality training materials.
• Development and implementation of target‑group‑specific training documents – training plans, manuals, presentations, assessments and complementary digital learning content – based on the supplied technical information.
• Ensuring consistency between and the quality of documented information and delivered content, to create an integral understanding of our products and solutions.
• Close cooperation with development, system engineering, product support and quality assurance departments to gather information and ensure the quality of technical content.
• Use of content management systems and supporting tools to create documentation and graphics.
• Conducting training courses for Frequentis personnel and Frequentis customers, incorporating practical feedback directly into the documentation.
• Contribution to the design and continuous development of internal standards and processes for documentation and training in safety‑critical environments.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field (e.g. IT administration, network administration, information technology), a technical‐focused educational background or technical communication.
• Professional experience in technical documentation and/or technical training is ideal.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and, advantageously, with requirements management and project management tools.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly to a target audience.
• Interest in creating technical content and in designing and implementing training measures.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation, especially when collaborating with development, support and product management departments.
• Quality consciousness and a highly structured approach to work.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to help shape and improve processes.
• Great enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and direct interaction with users and customers.
• Native‑level proficiency in German or English, with business fluency in the other language.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Salary and Compensation

The remuneration for this position consists of the collective agreement minimum salary of €51,157 gross per year (based on a 38.5‑hour week) plus an overpayment in line with the market, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
