Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search or retained recruitment, with a specialized focus on senior finance roles.
• Proven success in placing CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and similar positions.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, corporate finance, accounting, and relevant regulatory environments.
• Extensive network of senior finance professionals and a strong understanding of the executive talent market.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and communication skills, with the ability to engage at the highest executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a fully remote capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Experience utilizing advanced search techniques and recruitment technologies.
