Placements24 is seeking an Executive Search Consultant specializing in the Finance sector for a fully remote role. You will lead high-level searches for CFOs, Finance Directors, and Heads of Treasury across industries, leveraging an extensive finance network.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and advising clients on talent strategy. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in executive search, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to work autonomously

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in executive search or retained recruitment focusing on senior finance roles.
• Proven track record placing CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and similar positions.
• Extensive network within the finance community and understanding of executive talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct executive search assignments for senior finance roles from client engagement to placement.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify top finance executives globally.
• Build and maintain relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Perform rigorous candidate assessments including interviews and reference checks.
• Advise clients on talent strategy and market intelligence within finance recruitment.
• Manage multiple search projects with timely delivery.
• Contribute to market insights and thought leadership in finance recruitment.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and client service standards.
