Job summary

INNIO in Austria is seeking an onsite IT specialist to ensure meeting room technology, collaboration tools and printing services are reliable and user-friendly for daily business. You will support Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV and live production environments, and work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, ideally 2nd or 3rd level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms or meeting room tech.
• Experience with AV, video conferencing, streaming or live events.
• Familiarity with print infrastructure and secure printing is a plus.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Teams Rooms and meeting room tech across the org.
• Design and implement modern collaboration and conferencing solutions.
• Support AV systems, video conferencing and live streaming for events.
• Provide technical preparation and live support for town halls and hybrid meetings.
• Ensure reliable printing and output services, including secure printing.
• Deliver 2nd/3rd level IT support addressing hardware/software issues.
• Support executive and C-level stakeholders to ensure seamless meetings.
• Drive standardization and documentation of IT support processes.
