INNIO in Austria is seeking an onsite IT specialist to ensure meeting rooms, collaboration tech, live events, and print services are reliable and user-friendly. You will work with Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV, and secure printing to support daily business and high-profile meetings.

The role combines hands-on technical work with strong communication, stakeholder management, and a structured problem-solving approach, including 2nd/3rd line support and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support.
• Knowledge of Teams Rooms and meeting room tech.
• Familiarity with AV, video conferencing, streaming or live events.
• Experience with print infrastructure and secure printing is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and networking.

Responsabilités

• Manage, configure and continuously improve Microsoft Teams Rooms and meeting room technologies across the organization.
• Design and implement modern, user-friendly collaboration and conferencing solutions with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support audio-visual (AV) systems, video conferencing and live streaming technologies for business-critical events.
• Provide technical preparation and live support for town halls, executive meetings, hybrid events and leadership communications.
• Ensure reliable operation of printing and output services, including secure printing infrastructure and vendor management.
• Deliver advanced 2nd and 3rd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripheral and collaboration technology issues.
• Provide professional, discreet technical support to executive and C-level stakeholders, ensuring seamless meeting experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, documentation, training materials and optimization of IT support processes and services.

Do you enjoy making technology work smoothly when it really matters? In this role, you will ensure that our meeting rooms, collaboration technology, live event setups and print services are reliable, user-friendly and ready for daily business. You will support Microsoft Teams Rooms, professional AV and live production environments, secure print services and high-profile meetings with senior stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues, business users and external partners, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong communication skills, service orientation and a structured approach to solving problems.

This is a varied onsite IT role for someone who likes working close to people, takes ownership, stays calm under pressure and wants to contribute to modern collaboration experiences across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Experience in IT support, ideally within a 2nd or 3rd level support environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting room technologies, or unified communications solutions.
• Understanding of professional AV, video conferencing, streaming, or live event technologies.
• Familiarity with print infrastructure, secure printing solutions, and output management is an advantage.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable IT service management tools.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, iOS, and macOS environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leaders and external partners.
• Fluent German and good English skills, with a service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset; willingness to occasionally support events outside regular working hours and travel as needed
