AVILOO is seeking its first dedicated IT Workplace Specialist to support our Vienna and Wiener Neudorf offices. This part-time role (20-30 hours/week) offers the chance to grow into full-time in the future.

You will own day-to-day IT operations for roughly 120 users, administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), implement security controls, handle incidents, and roll out tools. Occasional device maintenance and close collaboration with the central IT team are also

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years IT administration experience with end-user support focus
• Solid Windows client administration skills; macOS/Linux are plus
• Comfortable with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Good networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP, VLAN/Wi-Fi, VPN/firewalls)
• Written and spoken English and German

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day IT operations for ~120 users across Wiener Neudorf and Vienna
• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Implement security best practices: MFA, conditional access, least privilege
• Triage incidents and service requests; document and follow up to prevent recurrence
• Roll out and maintain tools and applications, including SaaS tools
• Support devices and software setup (Windows 11; macOS/Linux as needed)
• Disassemble/reassemble devices for upgrades/repairs
• Collaborate with central IT on purchasing, standards, and platform changes
