Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks an Executive Lean Leader in Europe to drive the enterprise-wide Lean transformation within the Office of Heartbeat. You will champion, coach, and mentor Lean change, coordinating across regions and functions to align with our 2030 goals.

You will lead Heartbeat Lean Leaders, manage priority planning, and partner with stakeholders to deploy standard work, daily management, and problem solving while shaping leadership capability and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years in general management or Lean leadership.
• Experience with regulated industry and AI-enabled tools.
• Global Lean deployment and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean transformation across regions, segments, and functions.
• Coach Heartbeat Lean Leaders and mentor change agents.
• Support deployment of Heartbeat Business System and standard work.
• Drive daily management, problem solving, kaizen and value stream mapping.
• Facilitate operating reviews, strategy, and priorities planning.
