Lonza Group in Visp, Switzerland, seeks an Operational Excellence Manager (m/f/d) 80%-100% on-site to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and lead asset-improvement programs. This role focuses on manufacturing performance, process robustness, and long-term drug substance supply with close cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or Process Engineering (PhD preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing, process development, or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven impact on measurable improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
• Fluent English; German a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead Lean Six Sigma-based improvement projects to boost manufacturing performance.
• Own end-to-end asset improvement roadmap and sustain gains.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Services to set improvement objectives.
• Coach belts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
• Align improvement initiatives with site and corporate transformation programs.
• Act as change agent promoting innovation and Lean thinking.
