McKinsey & Company in Europe seeks a high-performing professional to join our Operations Practice. You will work with clients across Europe to identify issues, develop hypotheses, run analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will build capabilities for client leadership and teams, receive world-class training, coaching, and mentoring, and contribute to capital excellence initiatives on strategic and operational questions. This role is based in Europe.

Formación

• Master's degree and exceptional academics.
• Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, management systems, real estate, infrastructure).
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on European assignments during the work week
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language

Responsabilidades

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
• Work with colleagues and clients across Europe to develop strategies that support clients' objectives.
• Carry out capability-building plans for client leadership and McKinsey client service teams, with anticipated deliverables and resources.
• Receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders.
