Job summary

AOP Health is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive the company’s enterprise AI agenda, define the strategy, and prioritize high-value use cases across functions.

You will establish governance, lead change management, and partner with Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and Manufacturing to deliver measurable value through responsible AI. This strategic role emphasizes business enablement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, Digital Transformation, Data, IT, Engineering).
• At least 8 years in digital transformation, AI data product mgmt or related roles.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into tech-enabled roadmaps and cases.
• Hands-on understanding of generative AI tools and AI operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and partners.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare) preferred; familiarity with GxP and EU AI Act is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; pragmatic, results-oriented.
• Fluent in English; other European languages optional.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and use-case portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to identify and implement AI opportunities.
• Lead responsible AI adoption with governance standards and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, security, legal, compliance, and vendors.
• Drive change through training and adoption programs embedding AI into workflows.
• Monitor AI adoption, impact, risks, and costs with KPIs and exec reporting.
