GE HealthCare is seeking an Executive Lean Leader to drive enterprise-wide Lean transformation within the Office of Heartbeat in Europe. This role shapes strategy, leads Lean capability-building, and ensures the Heartbeat Business System is deployed and sustained aligned with 2030 goals.

The position requires 15+ years in general management or Lean leadership, 10+ years building Lean capabilities, and experience with AI-enabled tools to accelerate change.

Formación

• 15+ years of general management or Lean operational leadership experience.
• At least 10 years of Lean capability-building experience.
• Regulated-industry knowledge and executive communication.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and global Lean-system deployment.
• Strong facilitation and program-management skills; accountability and commercial focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Heartbeat Lean Leaders; partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Co-lead region/segment/function operating rhythms and strategy planning.
• Support development and deployment of the Heartbeat Business System with bootcamps, coaching, and training.
• Analyze and diagnose processes at genba; drive Hoshin Kanri priorities; improve EBITDA and FCF.
• Demonstrate change management and culture-building to sustain Lean practices across the organization.
