Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking an experienced IT End User Support specialist for scheduled on-site visits. You will provide prompt hardware and software support to VIP and executive users, keep desktops, laptops, and mobile devices running, and ensure meeting rooms are fully functional.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong Windows and Mac skills, proficiency with Office 365 and video conferencing, and good English and German communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in IT support, with at least 2 years supporting executive or VIP users.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems; strong knowledge of Office Suite and video conferencing tools.
• Familiar with network troubleshooting and mobile device management.
• ITIL, CompTIA A+, MCP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; fluent English and German.

Aufgaben

• Technical Support: Provide prompt IT support to VIP and executive users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, resolve network connectivity and printer problems, and conduct daily morning checks to ensure all meeting rooms are fully functional.
• Incident Management: Log, prioritize, and resolve service requests through the IT service management system, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or vendor when necessary.
• IT Asset Management: Procure and dispose of IT devices following audit policies, configure new hardware and software, manage video conferencing equipment, and ensure security compliance (such as patching).
• Proactive Support & Communication: Provide one-on-one user training and assist with new employee onboarding, proactively monitor VIP user systems, and maintain regular communication regarding resolution progress.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities, generate performance reports, and strictly adhere to company IT policies, security standards, ITSM standards, and the Corporate QHSE Manual.
