Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Automation Architect to shape CRM, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing across Europe. You will lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, support ExactTarget, and drive adoption of Next/Advanced and AI-enabled marketing.

Based in Europe, you will collaborate with the global marketing automation team to deliver scalable, compliant solutions across multiple European markets while aligning with the global digital platform strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing automation or digital marketing architecture with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, SQL, APIs, and integrations.
• Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Loyalty, or Data Cloud.
• Experience supporting multi-country programs with GDPR and European privacy rules.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, AI-enabled marketing, and modern martech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European marketing automation technology roadmap.
• Design, build, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and APIs.
• Support and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (ExactTarget) platform and reduce technical debt.
• Evaluate and pilot Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced, AI capabilities, and data activation initiatives.
• Develop localization frameworks for multi-country campaigns (language, currency, consent).
• Establish governance, templates, and best practices for quality and scalability.
• Drive AI-assisted improvements in campaign creation and delivery efficiency.
