Job summary

Bybit in Vienna seeks an IT Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Manager to help implement and maintain the third-party risk framework. You will oversee vendor activity across regulatory requirements for Bybit EU entities in Austria and ensure robust SLAs, KPIs and monitoring mechanisms.

The role requires deep familiarity with DORA and Austrian banking/outsourcing practices, plus fluent German and English for stakeholder engagement and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of third-party risk management, DORA and outsourcing guidelines.
• Experience overseeing third-party life cycle, from assessment to exit planning.
• Experience in financial services with regulatory knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance and operation of Bybit's third-party risk management framework
• Oversee and monitor third-party services and vendors in Austria in line with regulatory requirements
• Ensure agreements, SLAs, KPIs and metrics to manage third parties against regulatory requirements
• Review and analyse documentation, prepare reports and regulatory notifications
• Support assessment of new third-party services and continuously develop the framework
• Interact with Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Technology and external providers
