Bybit Limited in Vienna is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting for Bybit EU’s regulated operations. The role collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, and external auditors in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The candidate will manage core accounting processes, month-end and year-end close, and contribute to robust internal controls and reporting frameworks across European entities.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian GAAP (UGB) and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with audits, financial statements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Austrian GAAP (UGB).
• Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and month-end close processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, outsourced accounting providers, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Austrian accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives.
