Bybit Limited seeks an experienced IT Audit Manager/Senior Manager to lead risk-based technology audits across EU operations, with emphasis on ICT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, and third-party risk management. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, ICT risk, or technology assurance, preferably in fintech/regulatory environments.
• Strong experience leading technology audits independently from risk assessment to remediation validation.
• Experience working with cross-border teams and senior stakeholders across multiple functions and jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute risk-based IT audits across EU operations, covering technology, cybersecurity, ICT risk, and third-party risk.
• Assess design and effectiveness of ICT governance and controls against EU regulatory requirements (DORA, MiCA, GDPR, NIS2).
• Collaborate with Global IT Audit on shared platforms and ensure EU requirements are embedded in global scope.
• Contribute to EU risk assessment, IT audit plan, and testing of regulatory obligations.
• Prepare concise audit reports, monitor remediation, and validate action effectiveness.
