Bybit is hiring a MiFID Compliance Officer for their Vienna headquarters. In this role, you will ensure adherence to European and Austrian capital markets regulations. You will draft internal policies, provide regulatory guidance, and oversee compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate holds a Law degree and has over 5 years of relevant experience. You will communicate effectively with senior management in both German and English, helping to shape our services across the EEA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance department at an investment firm or regulator.
• Profound experience in preparation and implementation of compliance policies.
• Deep understanding of MiFID II / WAG 2018 regulatory framework.

Aufgaben

• Establish and improve compliance frameworks under MiFID II and WAG 2018.
• Draft and implement internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Advise on regulatory guidance for investment services.
