Job summary

Bybit in Vienna is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to manage EU and global IT desktop operations, network, and employee IT services. You will ensure stable systems, perform OS deployment, access control, and data backups, and manage the IT asset lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in IT operations, fluency in German and English, and in-person work at the Vienna headquarters. Mandarin is a plus; remote support experience is valued as part of a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years in IT operations and end-user support.
Fluent in German and English; Mandarin is a plus.
Based in Vienna headquarters; in-person work required.
Experience with remote support services.

Responsibilities

Oversee EU and global IT desktop operation and maintenance, terminal management, and employee IT service support.
Perform OS installation/configuration, user access management, and data backup/recovery for servers and systems.
Manage IT AI Ticketing System, and analysis summaries and reporting periodically.
Configure and maintain daily office network infrastructure for stable performance.
Assist in office network planning and deployments.
Monitor core business systems, respond to alerts, and log incidents.
Support cybersecurity efforts including vulnerability scanning and firewall maintenance.
Track and maintain EU and global IT assets.
Lead IT projects with team leader, including user acceptance testing and training.
