Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION is seeking an ERP Specialist to lead implementation, optimization, and support of the ERP system, aligning business requirements with technical solutions and ensuring user adoption. You will work with business users, IT, and external partners to drive process improvements and manage testing and training activities.

As the internal ERP expert, you’ll oversee change management, coordinate ERP initiatives, and support ongoing maintenance across ERP modules in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience implementing ERP systems and supporting users.
• Proven track record as ERP Key User or Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of core manufacturing processes (production planning, inventory, procurement, sales, finance).
• Experience with mapping and re-engineering business processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced project environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead ERP implementation lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support.
• Analyze processes, design future-state within the ERP system.
• Translate requirements into ERP configurations; coordinate with external teams.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit/integration/UAT) and manage defects.
• Create training materials and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Support change management and user adoption efforts.
• Act as internal ERP expert; liaise between business users, PM, consultants, IT.
• Serve as primary internal Key User post-implementation.
• Provide first-line functional support and drive continuous improvement.
