Zusammenfassung

Resource Group is recruiting an Enterprise Applications Specialist to own core PLM and engineering systems in a Swiss aerospace context. The role sits at the crossroads of Engineering, Manufacturing and IT, administering and integrating PLM, CAD and connected systems.

You will focus on Siemens Teamcenter and NX, aligning data, workflows and configurations with ERP/MES partners, while guiding users and vendors. This is a hands‑on, ownership‑driven position in a dynamic team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting PLM, CAD or engineering applications in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on with Siemens Teamcenter and NX CAD environments.
• Understanding of BOM management, product structures and engineering changes.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP/MES or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of databases, APIs and system interfaces.
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Exposure to Polarion, Jira or Altium is beneficial.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, automotive, or advanced manufacturing valued.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication between tech and non‑tech stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of key engineering and enterprise applications, focusing on PLM like Teamcenter and NX.
• Configure, administer and improve PLM and engineering applications.
• Manage access, licences and configurations for applications.
• Support integration of PLM, CAD, ERP and manufacturing systems with reliable data flow.
• Develop and improve workflows for structures, BOMs, configurations and ECOs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
• Coordinate upgrades, migrations, testing and deployment activities.
• Develop scripts and automation to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
• Support roadmap, licence optimisation and future system selection.
• Identify opportunities for automation and new technologies; provide user training.
