Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION GmbH in Austria seeks an ERP Specialist to lead implementation, optimization and support of our ERP system. You will translate business needs into effective configurations and work with IT, business users and external partners.

Responsibilities include test planning, UAT, training materials, and change management to drive user adoption. You will act as the internal ERP expert and coordinate ERP initiatives across the company, ensuring ongoing enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of core manufacturing processes (production, inventory, procurement, sales, finance).
• Experience coordinating with IT, business users, and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead ERP implementation lifecycle from planning to post-go-live.
• Analyze processes and design optimized ERP future-state workflows.
• Translate business requirements into ERP configurations and coordinate with external teams.
• Develop and execute test plans including UAT and document results.
• Create training materials and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for Super Users.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Act as primary internal ERP contact post-implementation.
• Provide first-line functional support and drive ongoing improvements.
