ENPULSION is seeking an ERP Specialist (f/m/x) to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of our ERP system, translating business needs into effective solutions.

You will work with business users, IT, and external partners to drive process improvements, manage testing and training, and ensure successful user adoption.

This full-time, permanent role in Vienna offers a competitive base salary with potential overpayments based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on ERP implementation, configuration, and support in manufacturing.
• Proven experience as ERP Key User or Functional Consultant with deep ERP knowledge.
• Strong understanding of core manufacturing processes (production planning, inventory, procurement, order to cash, finance).
• Experience with process mapping and re-engineering methodologies.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead the ERP implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live and stabilization.
• Analyze current processes and design optimal future-state processes in the new ERP.
• Translate business requirements into ERP configurations; coordinate with external teams for customizations.
• Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and document results.
• Create training materials and conductTrain-the-Trainer sessions; provide end-user training.
• Support change management and drive user adoption for new processes.
• Serve as primary internal ERP contact post-implementation and coordinate with IT and external consultants.
• Provide first-line functional support and drive ongoing ERP optimization.
