You will drive profitable growth, empower regional teams, shape sales and operational strategies, and identify new business opportunities while travelling up to 40% across the EMEA. This is a pivotal leadership role in a newly shaped business area.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of international sales leadership and service projects experience.
• Experience in mill maintenance and agreement-based business.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• People-oriented leadership with ability to develop multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel ~40% across the EMEA region.
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
