Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading strategic accounts, digital marketplace operations, partner governance or wholesale transformation in a complex, multi-brand and matrixed organization.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.

• Define the VF x Zalando Playbook covering commercial and operational aspects.
• Lead cross-brand, cross-functional account execution (1P & 2P) and term negotiations.
• Design operating models and governance routines for 2P capacity in EMEA with measurable outcomes.
• Support training and change management for new digital marketplaces and tool adoption.
