ASSA ABLOY Group seeks a commercially minded manufacturing leader to steer Europe’s manufacturing footprint within BSI Europe. You will drive manufacturing, procurement, quality and continuous improvement across multiple sites, delivering growth and value.

Location flexibility includes Landskrona, Sweden or near European factories; regular travel required. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, shaping a world-class supply chain and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or procurement.
• Proven success leading multiple manufacturing facilities across several countries.
• Strong industrial manufacturing background.
• Experience driving large-scale operational transformation and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with responsibility for operational performance and P&L delivery.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• Lead Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Continuous Improvement across Europe.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements, and cost competitiveness.
• Develop and execute the regional manufacturing and supply chain strategy.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service, quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and transformation initiatives across multiple sites.
• Optimize manufacturing footprint, planning processes, inventory, and material flows.
• Support business growth, new product introductions, and operational scalability.
• Build leadership capability, succession plans, and a high-performing manufacturing culture.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and HR leaders across the region.
