aja Fürstenhaus on Lake Achensee is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead and manage our housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms and public areas shine with meticulous cleanliness and care. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold our high standards of hospitality while embracing a warm, service-oriented atmosphere in the Alps.

Your mission

As a member of our housekeeping team, you’ll support the management and organisation of the department. With a combination of a sense of responsibility, an eye for beauty and a love of detail, you’ll create an atmosphere in which guests and staff alike feel at home。

• Organisational skills: You’ll support management in coordinating, organising and overseeing all housekeeping processes – from room checks to laundry planning。
• Team player & point of contact: You’ll help lead and motivate the team, listen to staff and foster a trusting and respectful working environment。
• Eye for detail: With your trained eye, you ensure that rooms, suites and public areas always meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness。
• Organisation & efficiency: You’ll help draw up rota schedules, keep track of workflows and resources, and work with management to ensure everything runs smoothly – even when things get hectic。
• Commitment to sustainability: You ensure the consistent implementation of our high quality standards and play an active role in applying them in an environmentally conscious and resource-efficient manner。

• A full-time position with 14 monthly salaries
• The minimum gross monthly salary for this position, as set out in the collective agreement, is EUR 3,136.76 (based on a 45-hour week). A higher salary is expressly provided for, depending on your qualifications and professional experience。
