Urban Nature Bad Gastein in Bad Gastein is seeking a Cluster Supervisor Housekeeping to lead the team across two hotels. You will motivate maids, supervise daily operations, ensure high quality, and manage rooms and public areas.

We’re looking for you to join our international team in Bad Gastein asa ClusterSupervisor for Housekeeping (m/f/d).

• You will be responsible for housekeeping at our two hotels in Bad Gastein
• Guiding and motivating the chambermaids to ensure efficient and high-quality work
• Providing support with day-to-day operations
• Checking cleaned rooms and public areas
• Handling lost property correctly
• Forwarding repair requests
• Organising the floor office and work materials
• Compliance with all safety and hygiene standards
