Job summary

aja Resorts Pertisau on Lake Achensee is seeking a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our alpine kitchen team. You will work independently at the relevant station or in the front kitchen, and uphold HACCP standards to contribute to high-quality dishes in a modern setting.

We offer a full-time contract with 14 monthly salaries, a minimum gross monthly salary of €2,571.41, free meals, gym access, 26 days of leave, travel benefits, and opportunities for further training within the group.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) and corresponding professional experience.
• Enthusiasm for a modern and innovative kitchen with a high level of quality awareness.
• Enjoy working in a team, but also able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• You ensure proper product storage and cold store control.
• You check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise.
