Job summary

A-ROSA Hotels Hirschegg/Vorarlberg is seeking a dedicated cleaner/chambermaid (m/f/d) to maintain spotless rooms, corridors and public areas. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety, replenish supplies, and respond to guest needs with a friendly service mindset.

The role offers a full-time contract with 14 monthly salaries, meals, gym and pool access, and significant leave allowances. Training and career development are provided across properties in Germany, Austria and Italy.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/hospitality qualification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of maintaining high-quality facilities and laundry care
• Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness
• Guest-focused and service-oriented
• Friendly, polite, reliable, and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, corridors, floor offices and lifts, ensuring tidiness and safety on floors and in offices
• Perform daily checks to ensure equipment is in good working order
• Display or replenish supplies (materials, leaflets, etc.)
• Make up additional beds in rooms as required
• Ensure guests experience the A-ROSA holiday feeling at all times

• Cleaning of rooms, corridors, floor offices and lifts, as well as ensuring tidiness and safety on the floors and in the office areas
• Daily checks to ensure that equipment is in good working order
• Displaying or replenishing the specified supplies (materials, leaflets, etc.)
• Making up additional beds in the rooms as required
