Job summary

Smartness is seeking a Junior Solution Specialist for the DACH market. This remote role covers Austria, Italy, Portugal, and Spain, working with Sales on discovery conversations, analyzing customer requirements, and supporting tailored demonstrations.

You will connect hospitality industry knowledge with product capabilities, enabling clearer value communication and better customer outcomes. Fluency in German and English is required, with 1–3 years in related roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in hospitality, SaaS, travel-tech, consulting, customer success, or a similar B2B-facing role.
• Fluent German and professional English.
• Understanding hotels and hospitality tech is valued.
• Analytical mindset with data and KPIs.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations with prospects.
• Analyse information and data to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into Smartness use cases and workflows.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations reflecting the prospect's context.
• Explain the business impact and how Smartness improves decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Develop hospitality market knowledge across DACH.
