Smartness seeks a Junior Account Manager for the DACH market to build and grow relationships with hospitality clients. You will translate data and market dynamics into practical recommendations, helping customers maximize value from Smartness and achieve their business goals.

You will combine relationship management with business consulting, data analysis, and hospitality expertise, developing autonomy to manage your portfolio over time.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and professional English.
• 1–3 years in hospitality, hotel ops, travel-tech, or related roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of DACH hotel clients and partners.
• Analyse KPIs, performance data, and market trends to spot opportunities.
• Provide data-driven pricing, demand, and distribution recommendations.
• Drive product adoption and help customers integrate Smartness into workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to share insights.
• Stay close to hospitality trends and business dynamics in the DACH region.
