Smartness Srl is hiring a Junior Revenue Manager to support hotels in the Italian and DACH markets. You will learn revenue management through data, technology, and the Smartness SaaS platform, becoming a trusted contact for clients as you grow your analytics and consulting skills.

We welcome recent graduates with a passion for hospitality and technology. The role emphasizes proactive learning, strong communication, and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• Degree or academic background in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Economics, Business, Management, Data/Analytics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no extensive professional experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Customer support & consulting: assist hotels in using the Smartness platform.
• Revenue analysis: monitor performance, market trends, pricing, KPIs.
• Revenue optimization: support pricing and distribution strategies.
• Platform adoption: help clients understand and use platform features.
• Monitoring & reporting: analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Learning & development: build knowledge in revenue management and hospitality tech.
