ABB is seeking a Commercial Excellence Technology Lead to shape and drive the technology agenda across our commercial processes. You will link business needs with technology possibilities and translate challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions for productivity and customer experience.

As part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team, you’ll work with Business Process Owners, Sales, IT/IS, Data and Digital teams to deliver enterprise-grade outcomes that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or related field; equivalent practical experience is relevant.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience shaping or delivering technology-enabled business transformation in B2B commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology roadmap for commercial processes including quotation, pricing, agreements, order management, service, and spare parts.
• Identify and prioritize technology opportunities based on business value, feasibility, scalability and total cost of ownership.
• Build an overview of the commercial technology landscape including platforms, integrations, APIs, workflow and data analytics.
• Evaluate options with market scanning, build-versus-buy assessments, and proofs of concept; recommend solutions with clear rationale.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners, IT/IS, architecture, data, cybersecurity, and partners to implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Promote reuse and governance; measure outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, productivity, quality, reliability, and business value.
