You will lead a multi-country team, turning data into growth strategies starting in early 2027.

You will drive transformation, elevate customer engagement, and deliver measurable outcomes while building a high-performing team across markets.

• Experience in commercial leadership roles within an international environment.

• Strong affinity for data and analytics; translate insights into decisions and recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Commercial Excellence strategy across Sales Force Effectiveness, Pricing, Forecasting, CRM, Data & Analytics, and Sales Channel Excellence to accelerate sustainable growth.
• Build and inspire a high-performing Commercial Excellence team with a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales force optimization, customer engagement excellence, and commercial effectiveness initiatives to maximize market impact.
• Champion data-driven decision-making using analytics, CRM platforms, forecasting capabilities, and digital tools.
• Lead cross-functional transformation and change initiatives with stakeholder engagement across regions and markets.
