Zusammenfassung

Coveris Management GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager (f/m/d) to drive Commercial Management across our sites and to support the leadership team of the Business Unit Flexibles.

You will develop and harmonise standard processes for costing, pricing and margin management, while fostering collaboration between operations and sales. The role includes simulations for major decisions and tender support in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business or process engineering.
• 3–5 years work experience in manufacturing / converting industries or advisory roles.
• Strong comprehension of business and profitability drivers.

Aufgaben

• Drive the development of effective Commercial Management across operations.
• Clarify and harmonise standard processes focusing on costing, pricing and margin management.
• Promote regular exchange between operations and sales to drive business development analysis.
• Provide simulations and scenario analyses to support major decisions.
• Support tender processes and inter-company pricing policy implementation.
