Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and English proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in developing sales strategies and managing multiple sales cycles.
• Strong phone presence with proactive calling experience.
• Self-motivated with an autonomous work approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the territory.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and relationship building.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Drive value-based selling approach to clients and partners.
