• Support pre-delivery and post-production quality checks for operational excellence.
• Lead projects and process improvements from planning to execution.
• Translate client requirements into operational/technical specs considering system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Handle database services, change requests, feasibility assessments, and coding tasks.
• Track progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
