Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial analytics, ERP/BI tools, and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and programming languages. This on-site position offers growth and exposure to regional industry challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations analysis or similar analytical roles.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and possibly R or Python.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from various production and logistical sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, and costs.
Identify trends, patterns, and deviations in operational performance and investigate root causes.
Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with operations management and production supervisors to understand challenges and implement solutions.
Assist in forecasting operational needs and resource allocation.
Conduct feasibility studies for new operational strategies or technologies.
Prepare clear and concise presentations of analytical findings for management review.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all reporting and analysis activities.
Support the implementation and tracking of improvement projects.
