Zusammenfassung

INNIO is seeking a Senior Performance Manager – Service Contracts to drive transparency, governance, and profitability across its global LSA portfolio. You will translate operational and financial data into actionable insights, standardize reporting, and enable decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience turning operational and financial data into management-ready insights.
• Proven track record building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance structures.
• Experience in global, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Experience in service contracts or asset-heavy industrial services is desirable.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and analyze INNIO’s global LSA portfolio using defined KPIs.
• Establish standardized reporting to ensure transparency across regions.
• Develop and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports on portfolio performance, profitability, and risk.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning with portfolio data.
• Ensure compliance with DoA, reporting standards, and DoA governance.
• Own and enhance the LSA DoA governance process and reviews.
• Identify risks and improvements; propose corrective actions.
• Promote best practices and data quality across regions.
• Collaborate with Service Leadership and regional Contract Service Managers.
• Communicate achievements to VP-level management.
