Job summary

Roche Informatics seeks a Product Operations Lead to be the operational backbone across the Life Cycle, turning strategy into execution. You will connect leadership decisions with delivery, reduce friction, and shield teams from overhead so they can focus on product discovery and delivery.

You’ll operate at the intersection of Portfolio Management, Business Operations, and product teams, maintaining a single source of truth for investments, capacity and risks, while giving executive leadership

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management or product operations.
• Strong operational mindset with lifecycle management experience.
• Experience connecting strategy to execution across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strategic traceability across the Life Cycle and align product groups with objectives.
• Be the single source of truth for investments, capacity and risks; provide executive visibility.
• Drive operational flow, remove bottlenecks, and shield teams from unnecessary overhead.
• Enable the operating model adoption (RIS) and standardized workflows.
