Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastgewerbe.
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotel-/Restaurantbranche.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortlich für Betreuung der Gäste im Restaurant- und Barbereich.
• Sicherstellung eines optimalen Serviceprozesses.
• Anleitung und Führung von Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden im Restaurant
• Durchführung von Room-Service-Bestellungen und professioneller Service
• Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben
• Umsatzsteigerung durch Zusatzverkäufe im Restaurantbereich

Job description

• Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant and bar area
• Ensuring an optimal service process
• Responsible for instructing and supervising employees and trainees in the restaurant

• Optimizing turnover in the restaurant area through additional sales

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel / catering industry
• Completed vocational training in the hotel / restaurant industry
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of wine
