M. Kleiner GmbH in Tirol is hiring a Commis de Rang (m/f/d) to join our upscale gastronomy team at altitude, delivering attentive service with passion and precision.

We seek trained service professionals or those with initial Commis de Rang experience, German and/or English language skills, a polished appearance, and strong teamwork. Full-time, 48 hours/week, gross wage from €2,900, plus tips, board and lodging, and additional perks.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the service area or initial experience as a Commis de Rang – ideally in upscale gastronomy.
• Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, with composure in demanding situations.
• Team player with the ability to integrate quickly into an existing team.
• Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Aufgaben

• Guest care: Support the service staff in looking after and serving guests to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Mise en place: Prepare the service area, organize tables, provide tableware and cutlery.
• Service: Assist with serving food and beverages according to establishment standards.
• Communication: Collaborate with Demi Chefs de Rang and Chef de Rang for smooth operations.
• Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with service standards and support quality guidelines.
• Hygiene & order: Maintain and clean the work area and adhere to hygiene regulations.

Your profile

• Vocational training: Completed training in the service area or initial experience as a Commis de Rang – ideally in upscale gastronomy.
• Service orientation: A keen sense for the wishes of our guests and a high level of service orientation.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in German and/or English, along with the ability to keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
• Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a team and integrate quickly into an existing team.
• Appearance: A well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma.
• Organizational talent: Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Commute: For winter sports fans, the commute can be done by ski or snowboard – including first and last line on the empty slopes.

Your responsibilities

• Communication: Close collaboration with the Demi Chefs de Rang and the Chef de Rang to ensure smooth service operations.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring compliance with service standards and supporting the implementation of quality guidelines.
• Hygiene & order: Maintaining and cleaning the work area and adhering to hygiene regulations.

We offer full-time employment with 6-day week (48 hrs.) with 1 – 2 evening shifts per week incl. attractive Gross wage from € 2,900.– (pay above the Hotel & Gastronomy collective agreement, with the option of additional adjustment depending on qualifications). On top of that, you also get a share of the tips, holiday and Christmas bonuses (pro rata), free board and lodging, and other goodies!
