Ameron Davos Swiss Mountain Resort sucht eine/n leidenschaftliche/n Chef de Partie (m/w/d) für die Sommersaison. Sie arbeiten in einer vier Sterne Superior-Küche, führen Mise en place durch und unterstützen die Saucier- bzw. Gardemanger-Aufgaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam.

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch und bereits Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie gesammelt. Einsatzort ist Davos; eine Anschlussvertragsmöglichkeit für die Folgesaison besteht.

Qualifikationen

• Sie sind ausgebildeter Koch und verfügen über praktische Erfahrung in der Großküche.
• Kenntnisse in hochwertiger Hotellerie sind vorteilhaft.
• Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, kreativ und zuverlässig im Team.

Aufgaben

• Sorgfältige Mise en place für alle Bereiche der Küche.
• Verantwortung für ordentliche Lagerung und Nutzung der Vorräte.
• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Zubereitung und dem Service der Gerichte.
