aja Fürstenhaus am Achensee sucht einen motivierten Chef de Partie (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Küchenteams. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an den relevanten Stationen bzw. in der Front Kitchen und setzt hochwertige Standards um.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Kochlehre und entsprechende Berufserfahrung

• Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit

Aufgaben

• Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an den relevanten Stationen und/oder in der Front Küche
• Du sorgst für ordnungsgemäße Lagerung der Produkte und Kühlkette
• Du prüfst Wareneingänge auf Qualität und Quantität mit Sachverstand
• Du achtest auf Sauberkeit und Lebensmittelsicherheit (HACCP)

Your contribution to guest happiness

• You work independently at the relevant station and/or in the front kitchen
• You ensure proper product storage and cold store control
• You check incoming goods for quality and quantity with expertise
• You pay attention to cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
