Alpenresidenz Ballunspitze in Austria is looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen post and ensure the highest quality in dish preparation. The role involves coordinating kitchen processes, supporting the team, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

This position offers seasonal or year-round contracts with regulated working hours, free meals, and accommodations, as well as discounts in partner hotels and wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a kitchen post.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of dish preparation.
• Ability to organize the workplace and manage inventories.

As Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own kitchen post and make a significant contribution to the quality of the dishes. With expertise, creativity and a high level of quality awareness, you will coordinate processes in your area, support the kitchen team and ensure that the food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

Seasonal or year‑round position with regulated working hours and a 5‑ or 6‑day week.

Payment

Payment via collective & 14th months salary per year, as well as tipparticipation.

Training: Apprenticeship with Matura and additional further training opportunities.
