Zusammenfassung

fiskaly GmbH in Vienna (Hybrid) seeks a Working Student / Billing Support Associate – Finance to own billing inquiries and support the finance team.

You will handle tickets in German and English, learn invoicing basics, credit notes, and payment allocations, and collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Data, and Customer Support. This role offers real responsibility in a scaling SaaS company.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and available 15–20 hours per week.
• German (C1) and English (B2/C1) written and spoken.
• First experience in accounting, billing or customer service is a plus.
• Structured and reliable; you keep track of open tickets and follow up.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace / MS Office and curious about automation & AI.

Aufgaben

• Own the Billing Inbox in Zendesk and handle invoice questions, copies, corrections, credit notes, and payment allocations for our customers (Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Sweden).
• Investigate & Resolve by checking contracts, usage data, and invoices to provide clear answers.
• Prepare invoice corrections and credit notes for review by Accounting.
• Support our collections process by answering reminders, coordinating payment plans, and keeping receivables clean.
• Maintain and improve our customer-facing billing explanations and internal FAQs.
• Track recurring ticket types and help Finance and Product fix root causes.
