fiskaly GmbH is seeking an entry-level research and outreach role based in Vienna to build market maps, identify qualified prospects, and support the sales team in a hybrid, part-time capacity. Fluency in English and German is essential, with additional European languages a strong plus.

You will work on automating data enrichment, using Claude and Make.com, and help expand our digital receipts platform across Europe.

Aufgaben

• Cold calling and outreach: be the first contact by phone, email and LinkedIn in the market language.
• Lead research and market mapping: map competitors and potential customers for new markets.
• Data enrichment: maintain CRM data clean, complete and useful.
• AI projects: own AI initiatives to speed up the sales process.
• Supporting the sales team: handle ad hoc requests and repetitive tasks.
• Trade fair planning: plan and prepare presence at European trade fairs.
• Cross-department collaboration: collaborate across sales, accounting and countries.
