• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and available 15–20 hours weekly.
• Ability to communicate clearly in German and English with customers and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of invoices, credits, payments and billing relationships.

• Own the Billing Inbox in Zendesk for inquiries across multiple regions.
• Investigate contracts, usage data and invoices to provide clear answers.
• Prepare invoice corrections and credit notes for Accounting review.
